20 minute sessions (Great for Quick Adjustments, Children & Pets):
Need a quick check in? 20 minutes may be just the thing. Great for grounding and releasing stuck energy in the moment.
Your children (under 12 years old) and pets can also benefit from a tune! Tuning can help shift the energy around all kinds of stressors. For pets we can focus on the dynamics of introducing a new relationship, easing tension between two pets, releasing fear (like from a move or medical procedures), or addressing a behavior that you are trying to understand more about. Clients report their pets shifting into a more relaxed state, being less anxious and enjoying relief from annoying habits.
The focus of a 20 minute session commonly includes one or more of the following: checking in with the over all energetic and emotional state of each chakra, a light kidney/adrenal adjustment to recalibrate the effects of stress, thought form extractions to clear limiting beliefs, field adjustments to restore a sense of wholeness, and more.
