"Clarity & Chaos" focuses on where we begin and end, activating the membranes that keep us feeling complete, and releasing our attachment to chaotic energy (busyness, overdoing, mind loops, and the comfort in the discomfort). You will want to hydrate before and after each tune, and afterward I highly recommend taking a salt bath/foot soak to help neutralize energy that will continue to release.
